The OneCJIS enterprise RMS/CAD/N-DEX/NCIC/Process Automation Application supports running multiple Police Departments concurrently within a Large Federal, State or County Agency. An Agency can be a State Police Department of Public Safety, FBI/Dept of Homeland Security, County Police, University Police Agency, etc.

OneCJIS enterprise application can work with any relational database software such as - MySql, Oracle, Postgres, MsSQL, etc.

OneCJIS has been developed in accordance with the specifications from The Law Enforcement Information Technology Standards Council (LEITSC). LEITSC created the specifications with funding through a collaborative effort between the Bureau of Justice Assistance and the National Institute of Justice. LEITSC brings together representatives from the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA), National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), and Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) to address law enforcement information technology standards issues.
